The "History will be made" commercials have taken us on a tour of Bobby Orr's spinning goals, Gretzky's wrap around, and Stevey Y's double OT blast from the blue. In addition to the ads focusing on historic playoff moments in the sport, there are also spoofs, mostly covering this years post-season. This is the most recent one, poking fun at Flyer grinder Dan Carcilo unintentionally delivering a devastating hit to teammate and star player, Jeff Carter. In my opinion this spoof is head and shoulders above the rest, because it's true. It brings up the age old question, well since he joined the league back in 2006 with Phoenix, can Dan Carcillo actually play hockey? Some say no, others say he knows his role and does it relatively well, either way he certainly is fun to watch.
