Portland -6 vs Cleveland: This has to be a joke right? The Trail Blazers are only giving six to the worst team in the NBA. Does anyone really think the Cavs are going to snap a 23 game losing streak against Portland? Oddsmakers saw how the Cavs played yesterday and are overestimating their value today. The Cavs took a lead into the fourth last night in Memphis only to lose by seven. JJ Hickson actually showed a pulse yesterday going for 31 and 15 but he is not doing that against LaMarcus Aldridge. The banged up Blazers are just better at every position than Cleveland and the Cavs have been awful against the spread at home of late going 1-8.
Pick: Portland
Uconn -2.5 vs Seton Hall: The Kemba Walker show continues tonight after a brief hiatus against Syracuse. Walker had his worst game of the year shooting 3-14 and scoring only 8 points against Syracuse's 2-3 zone. Seton Hall is coming off a 12 point loss at West Virginia, in game that saw Seton Hall struggle to find their rhythm the entire game. Uconn has won the last 10 against Seton Hall and has also went 8-2 ATS during that stretch. Kemba gets back to his scoring ways and Uconn roles past the Pirates in this one.
Pick: Uconn
Atlanta -3 vs. Washington: The Wizards suck but it seems like every time I pick against them they win. Well I'm picking against them again, screw it. The Hawks are better in every aspect of the game and should not have a problem covering a 3 point spread against the lowly Wizards. The Wizards are just 5-14 in their last 19 games ATS, while Atlanta is 7-2 ATS in their last nine. Atlanta has won the past 10 match ups between this teams and also come in winners of three out of their last four. Washington on the other hand is ice cold, losing nine out of their last ten.
Pick: Atlanta
Season: 11-10-1
